Hoyt Wood & Jennifer Austin

President | Business Manager

Hoyt grew up in “the shop” and has spent 40 years at SmallCorp. He is responsible for establishing company goals and strategies. He also likes to help with exhibit case design and facility management.

Hoyt’s wife and partner-in-crime, Jennifer, has worked at SmallCorp for 22 years and is transitioning toward retirement at the end of the year. Starting in 2025, Jen will be involved on a limited basis, as a Sales & Marketing team member and participant in special projects.

Mike Dunphy

Director of Sales & Marketing

Mike is responsible for developing and planning the larger projects, from initial client contact through ensuring on-time shipments. He manages the Customer Service and Sales & Marketing teams. Mike’s background includes managing complex, nationwide projects on tight timeframes.

Controller

Frank is our Accounting, Software, & IT Guru who manages our day-to-day Accounting, Payroll, & Purchasing Departments. He also applies his many talents to business and software management as well as custom programming.

Joe Sulda

Production Manager & Scheduler

Joe oversees all production activities and shop staff. He plans, schedules, and monitors the flow of products through the entire production cycle, including coordinating with purchasing to ensure everyone and everything is where they need to be.

Sales

Sarah Anderson

Customer Service and Freight Specialist

Sarah is our front-line customer service representative. She has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, customer service, and freight management. She assists all clients, but her primary focus is working with picture framers, galleries, and artists.

Customer Service Specialist

Laura assists with projects from simple picture framing needs to complex exhibits and everything in between. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts and has twenty years of museum exhibition experience

Tina is the newest member of our office team and comes to us with many years of purchasing and inventory experience. Her primary responsibilities are to process workorders, evaluate inventory needs, and buy the best quality materials at the best price.

CAD Engineer

Mike is responsible for designing and detailing our display cases. From large projects to small, he is there to support staff and coordinate with our fabricators. His designs allow for our customers visions to become a reality.

Media Relations

Media Relations Coordinator

Because of her many talents, Kristina is a bit of a jack-of-all-trades here at SmallCorp. She is our in-house photographer, social media & website coordinator, and on occasion, is called to fill-in on the production floor. Kristina holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts.
